1. Order Cancellation
a) Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order is placed, cancellation requests must be made immediately.
- If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
b) Cancellation by Klayki Studios
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. No Cancellation After Shipping
- Once the order has been shipped/dispatch initiated, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. No Refund Policy
- We follow a strict no refund policy once the order is shipped.
- No refunds will be provided for:

- Incorrect selection by customer
- Delay caused by courier services
- Any other reason after dispatch

- We are not liable for courier delays once the order is shipped.
